At Bestoke Made, we take pride in the craftsmanship of every custom order. Because our products are precision-engineered and personalized just for you, our shipping process includes time for design, approval, and high-quality manufacturing.
Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

Payment: All shipping fees are paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
Production & Shipping Timeline

The Approval Trigger: Our production timeline begins only after you have provided final approval on your digital design proof.

Processing Time: Once approved, custom items are typically manufactured, inspected, and shipped within 5–7 business days.

Transit Time: After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping tiers to meet your needs. Please note that choosing an expedited shipping method (e.g., Overnight or 2-Day) does not speed up the 5–7 day production time, but it will shorten the time your package spends in transit once it leaves our shop.
Tracking Your Order
Once your custom piece is finished and a shipping label is created, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the status of your package.
Damaged Items
While we pack our items with extreme care, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product so we can resolve the issue for you.
