Custom Order & Return Policy

At Bestoke Made, we take immense pride in the quality of our laser engraving and 3D printing. Because these items are made-to-order and cannot be resold, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Inspection Upon Receipt

We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Please check for the following:

  • Accuracy: Does the engraving match your approved final proof?

  • Condition: Is there any damage to the item or the 3D-printed structure?

  • Correctness: Did you receive the correct style, size, and color?

How We Resolve Issues

If there is a defect in the material, damage from shipping, or an error on our part that deviates from your approved proof, we want to make it right. 1. Contact Us: Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. 2. Provide Details: Include your order number and clear photos of the issue or damage. 3. Our Commitment: We will work with you directly to provide a solution, which may include a replacement of the item or a specialized repair, depending on the situation.

Final Sale Notice

Please remember that once you provide final approval on a digital proof and production begins, the order is considered final. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for customer-approved spelling errors, design choices, or incorrect size selections.
